Post Camino

Santiago de Compostela, Spain to Valença do Minho, Portugal

This morning we said goodbye Santiago and went to Valença by bus - a two hour drive - and we're now in Portugal with Spain just 4 kms away on the other side of the Minho River. We're in an apartment looking out to hills all round.

Walking to the bus station in Santiago

A last view of San Francisco Church

A pilgrim door knocker.

Santiago - Saint James - still showing us the way. He's pointing out the bus station with his left hand.

A few snaps from the bus window:

Looking across from the Port of Vigo, Spain.

This is the Minho River - on the right of this photo is Spain with Portugal on the left.

 A snap from our apartment.

There are several bougainvillea near where we're staying. Fisterra was the only other place we saw them.
